For property owners who would like to manage their own properties but don’t want to go through the arduous process of advertising and finding a tenant, we can do that for you. We will advertise your property on our webpage, Facebook page (including week-long ad), and Zillow. Our screening process includes credit and criminal background checks, as well as a record of any prior registered evictions. In addition, we will verify employment, previous landlord references, and personal references, along with determining ability to pay. We can also screen pets! With her history in reviewing credit worthiness and managing her own investment properties, Natasha is skilled in assessing ability to pay and whether an applicant is a good fit for a particular property. If the applicant is deemed a qualified candidate the information is then referred to the property owner. There is a one-time leasing fee of 50% first month’s rent for referring a qualified applicant. Property owners will only pay the fee when a qualified applicant is produced. Applicant pays application fee of $35. Leasing fee will reduce by 5% each month a qualified applicant is not produced for the first three months.
