Oak Tree Properties is a property management company in central Arkansas.  While our company is new to the industry, our people are not.  Our principal broker, JD Lodge, has been buying, selling, and managing real estate for several decades.  Natasha McElderry, our agent, has years of experience reviewing credit worthiness, owns investment properties, and has an extensive customer service background.  Natasha holds an Arkansas real estate license.

Our Property Management services can be customized to fit your needs, but in general we charge 10% of gross monthly income for each unit managed.  There are no set-up fees for single-family properties, duplexes, triplexes, or quadplexes.  If you currently manage your own rental properties, the transition to acquiring a manager is easy.  After contract signing, we provide you with an owner-access portal where you can view your units, look at financials, pay for maintenance, and request owner draws with only a few clicks.

We also have a network of service providers that we turn to for maintenance needs.  Our network of licensed technicians and quality non-licensed providers are ready to meet all maintenance needs.
